I always enjoy learning new things about myself and this class provided an eye-opening opportunity to do just that. Methods of resolving communication problems was my biggest take-away from this class. I have been struggling with my communication with my boyfriend. We broke up at the start of this class yet we still communicate and see each other on occasion. About a week ago we reunited as a couple and had our first argument just last night. We were discussing the communication issues that we have and the conversation was going very well.
